Israeli army spokesman Avichay Adraee announced that the army attacked crossings over the Litani River used by Hezbollah members to move from north to south Lebanon and to reinforce plans. Adraee said via “X”: “The Israeli army attacked a short time ago two crossings over the Litani River in Lebanon, which were being used by Hezbollah terrorists and leaders as a means of transportation from the north of the Litani to its south.” He added: "Hezbollah also uses these crossings to transport thousands of combat means, including rockets and rocket launchers, which are used to implement plans from the south of the Litani area against the army and citizens of Israel." He pointed out that these crossings were attacked with the aim of preventing harm to the citizens of Israel as well as the citizens of Lebanon.
